Divisions of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Moscow region currently provide public services in full. This was reported on February 11 by the Telegram channel of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Ministry of Defense.

"Registration actions with vehicles and driver's licenses are being carried out. Technical problems have been fixed," the press service of the department noted.

Earlier, the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Moscow Region temporarily suspended the registration of vehicles and the issuance of driver's licenses due to a technical malfunction in information resources.

"Due to a technical malfunction in the operation of information resources, the provision of public services for vehicle registration and driver's licenses in the departments of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Moscow Region has been temporarily suspended," the department said.

On January 21, Vladimir Korobchak, Deputy Chairman of the All-Russian Society of Motorists (SAI), proposed introducing an additional fee for each attempt to take the exam to obtain a driver's license. This initiative will force graduates of driving schools to prepare better for exams, he believes.
