It was noted that the operational services completed the inspection of the downed unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in Kazan and confirmed that there was no threat to residents.
"Residents of the houses on Aksakov Street can return to their homes. Employees of kindergarten No. 147 are returning to their jobs," the message says.
In addition, all the children from the evacuated kindergarten were taken home by their parents.
