Europe's plan to partially admit Ukraine to the EU in 2027, bypassing the Hungarian veto, is a declaration of war on Hungary. This was announced on February 11 by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.

The Politico newspaper previously reported that the EU is preparing a five-point project to grant Ukraine partial membership in the bloc as early as 2027. The plan involves overcoming Hungary's veto. The publication writes that the EU is counting on Orban's loss in the April elections.

"This new plan is an open declaration of war on Hungary. They ignore the decision of the Hungarian people and are determined to overthrow the Hungarian government by any means necessary. They want the Tisa party to come to power, because then there will be no veto, no resistance and no opportunity to stay away from the conflict," Orban wrote on the social network.

According to Orban, the possibility of avoiding such an outcome will remain if the current ruling Fidesz party wins the elections.

Earlier, on February 10, Orban said that Ukraine's accession to the EU would entail the destruction of Hungarian agriculture and the agro-industrial complex. According to Orban, if Kiev destroys Europe, it will not be his problem, but the problem of the Europeans, but if the potential threat affects Hungary, it will have to be intervened in this matter.
