The court fined Kinopoisk and Ivy for LGBT propaganda
The Tagansky District Court of Moscow has fined the online cinemas Kinopoisk and Ivi for LGBT propaganda (the movement is recognized as extremist and banned in Russia). This was announced on February 11 by the press service of the capital's courts of general jurisdiction.
"By resolutions of the Tagansky District Court of Moscow dated February 10, 2026, Kinopoisk LLC and <url> LLC were found guilty of committing administrative offenses under Part 3 of Article 6.21 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations and (or) preferences, sex reassignment, refusal to procreate")," — it is indicated in the Telegram channel of the instances.
It is noted that the services were fined 3.5 million and 3 million rubles, respectively. It is not specified for which content online cinemas received fines.
