The political scientist questioned the possibility of an objective referendum on the territories in Ukraine

The current government in Ukraine is unlikely to be able to hold a referendum on the issue of territories objectively. This was stated on February 11 by political analyst Alexander Asafov in an interview with Lenta.ru .

"If there is one (referendum. If we hold the current office of the president, then it is quite difficult to expect that we will see any representative data reflecting public opinion," he said.

At the same time, according to the political scientist, in the event of a change in the situation, public opinion in Ukraine is likely to support the end of the conflict and agree to territorial concessions.
