On February 10, the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, responded to statements by the head of the European Diplomacy, Kai Kallas, about the need for the European Union (EU) to create a list of requirements for the Russian Federation to resolve the conflict in Ukraine.

On the same day, Callas stated that the EU should have a list of requirements for the Russian Federation on the Ukrainian settlement. The head of the European Diplomacy intends to submit this proposal to the governments of the EU countries in the coming days.

"For now, we won't tell you what we'll do with her list of requirements. Hussars, be silent," Zakharova wrote in her Telegram channel.
