To maintain psychological balance in the face of constant and unpredictable changes, the body needs structured work and sleep patterns, as well as simple effective ways to recover. On February 12, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Head of the Department of Nervous Diseases of the IPO of the First Moscow State Medical University told Izvestia. Sechenova, Executive Director of the Association of Interdisciplinary Medicine Alexey Danilov.
According to the expert, one of the sources of anxiety is the constant flow of information from TV and the Internet, which, combined with other factors, can negatively affect health. To reduce the impact of information noise, it is necessary to allocate specific time for reading and watching the news, disable notifications and arrange a regular digital detox, said the Doctor of Medical Sciences.
"To maintain emotional balance, it is important to build a work and rest regime. You can start by observing circadian rhythms and making a clear daily routine," Danilov said.

"You can cope with emotional stress using various methods, including medication. But natural methods can become a more effective approach to recovery," the expert said.
In addition, regular walks in the woods have a beneficial effect on the body. Clean air, bird and animal watching, and walking on uneven surfaces allow you to relax and quickly regain vital energy, the neurologist concluded.
