The Higher Qualification Board of Judges (HCCC) of Russia has allowed a criminal case to be opened against Sergei Kostulin, chairman of the Anthracite City Court of the Luhansk People's Republic (LNR), in the case of receiving a bribe. This was reported on February 10 by a correspondent of Izvestia.

Thus, the submission of Alexander Bastrykin, Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, was satisfied.

The judge himself objected to the initiation of a criminal case.

On February 2, Bastrykin appealed to the VKKS with a request to allow the initiation of criminal proceedings against Kostulin. He is suspected of accepting a bribe in the amount of 1.5 million rubles.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
