Air defense forces destroyed 20 Ukrainian UAVs over Russian regions in six hours

The Air Defense Forces destroyed 20 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over the territory of Russia in six hours. This was announced on February 10 by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

"In the period from 08:00 Moscow time to 14:00 Moscow time, 20 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles of an airplane type were destroyed by air defense systems on duty," the department's channel says in the MAX messenger.

It is specified that 12 drones were intercepted and destroyed over the territory of the Kursk region, and eight more over the Belgorod region.

The new interceptor UAVs have been tested and will soon enter the army.

Earlier in the day, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the air defense forces destroyed six Ukrainian UAVs over Russian territory overnight. It is specified that three UAVs were destroyed over the territory of the Belgorod region, two drones over the territory of the Astrakhan region and one over the territory of the Kursk region.
