One person was killed as a result of the Ukrainian Armed Forces strikes in the Kherson region.

As a result of strikes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on apartment buildings in the Kherson region, one person was killed. This was announced on February 10 by Acting Mayor Vladimir Oganesov.

"In the territory of the city of Novaya Kakhovka, two apartment buildings were damaged as a result of artillery shelling. Unfortunately, there is one dead among the civilian population," the message on his Telegram channel says.

The governor of the region, Vladimir Saldo, also reported on the Telegram channel that shelling also damaged the building of the city hospital, a private and apartment building in Novaya Kakhovka. Three explosive objects dropped from drones were also found and neutralized.

The identity of the deceased is being established. Aviation danger has been suspended in the region.
