Flower and gift marketplace Flowwow has found a potential buyer for its business. Yandex may be among the possible buyers. This was reported by RBC on February 10, citing sources.

According to the source, Flowwow plans to divide its business into Russian and foreign parts. The company explained that they are considering the possibility of attracting investments, which is a natural step for a business with stable growth.

The Flowwow press service also reported that they discussed both partial and full sale of the business and negotiated with one of the marketplaces, but after completing these negotiations, they focused on independent growth. In 2024, the company's turnover increased by 80% and amounted to 17.2 billion rubles, and in 2025 the growth was 37%.

A Yandex representative declined to answer the question, saying that the company "does not comment on rumors."
