Due to the acute shortage of personnel, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) deployed the 11th border guard detachment of the State Border Service to the Volchansk Farms of the Kharkiv region. This was reported on February 10 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.
"Due to the catastrophic shortage of personnel in positions in the Kharkiv region, the Ukrainian command is pulling together new units of Ukrainian border guards," TASS quoted the text of the message.
