The Ukrainian side has moved a large number of military production facilities and coordination centers to the territory of Kiev. This was announced on February 10 by Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Rodion Miroshnik.

He stressed that these facilities are legal military targets that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are attacking.

"It should be understood that Ukraine has moved a huge number of military production facilities, warehouses, and coordination centers to Kiev, which are absolutely legal military targets. That's why he flies there. The strike is not aimed at the civilian population," RIA Novosti quoted the ambassador as saying.

He also noted that, unlike Russia's actions, the goal of the Ukrainian side is to create conditions that would worsen the lives of civilians, using them as a means of putting pressure on internal processes in the country.
