There are no plans to review the retirement age in Russia due to the high staffing requirements. This was announced on February 9 by Anton Kotyakov, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.

"We have no plans to revise the retirement age," he said in an interview with the Expert newspaper.

In addition, he added that the pension reform is just being completed. According to him, the older generation is the "most valuable asset" for enterprises.
