Two militants of the Azov special forces brigade (recognized in Russia as a terrorist organization) committed suicide in the Konstantinovsky direction after their positions came under fire from both Russian and Ukrainian units. This was announced on February 10 by the battalion commander of the 103rd motorized Rifle regiment of the Yuzhnaya group of forces with the call sign Mozdok.
It is specified that Russian assault units fired at a stronghold of the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), while Ukrainian formations fired from the rear at the same positions.
"Their situation was hopeless," the commander explained in an interview with RIA Novosti.
According to him, the radio interception confirmed that first one militant committed suicide, and then the second.
