Senior Lieutenant Magomedov destroyed two Ukrainian drones with small arms

During a special military operation, Senior Lieutenant Georgy Magomedov, as commander of a communications platoon, destroyed two unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on February 10 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

The senior lieutenant was tasked with installing a repeater antenna to increase the range of the FPV drones. When performing a combat mission, the enemy used attack UAVs. Magomedov, having shown composure and competently using the terrain features, successfully evaded the attack of enemy drones. With accurate small arms fire, he eliminated two enemy UAVs.

Subsequently, by promptly deploying the repeater antenna, he ensured the fulfillment of the combat mission. The professional actions of the senior lieutenant made it possible to expand the enemy's defeat zone through FPV drones.

The Russian Defense Ministry also noted the decisive actions of junior Sergeant Sergei Alipov as an operator of a motorized rifle battalion, who eliminated the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which made it possible to capture enemy positions without losses.

During the combat mission to capture an enemy position near one of the settlements, Alipov demonstrated exceptional stealth and determination. Under heavy mortar fire, drone attacks and small-arms fire from the enemy, he managed to approach the target unnoticed.

With a precise grenade throw, he eliminated two Ukrainian servicemen, after which he broke into enemy positions and cleared them, destroying five more enemy fighters. Together with his comrades-in-arms, he organized the defense, creating a springboard for the advance of the main Russian units.
