"President [of the United States] Donald Trump will travel to Beijing in the first week of April for a long—awaited summit with Chinese leader Xi Jinping," the publication says.
American political scientist Malek Dudakov said on February 5 that Trump would try to negotiate with China on the supply of American soybeans, oil and gas.
On February 4, Trump announced that he expects to receive Xi Jinping at the White House closer to the end of 2026.
