He added that the deployment of the military would only lead to a new escalation and would not contribute to a peaceful resolution of the crisis.

"And finally, they are trying to introduce new packages of sanctions. This also disrupts all agreements and spoils the atmosphere for any negotiations, whether it's a prisoner exchange or some larger-scale agreements on a peaceful solution to the crisis in Ukraine," he added.

According to the politician, the situation is very fluid, but those who want to conclude a peace agreement and those who strongly object to it have clearly identified themselves in it.
