Vladislav Zhivitsa, a former deputy of the Smolensk Regional Duma (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation), is included in the list of terrorists and extremists in Russia. This was announced on Monday, February 9, according to data published on the Rosfinmonitoring website.

"The list of organizations and individuals in respect of which there is information about their involvement in extremist activities or terrorism. <...> Zhivitsa Vladislav Gennadievich, born on 06/29/1992," the ministry said in a statement.
