Using a dirty, dusty keyboard increases the risk of developing allergies. Doctor Nadezhda Logina warned about this on Monday, February 9th.

The specialist clarified that people with high sensitivity to external environmental factors, as well as patients with weak immune systems, are most susceptible to the progression of the disease. According to her, the reason for this process lies in the violation of immune defenses that arise due to exposure to the human body.

"In this case, dust is a trigger that causes an exacerbation of allergic reactions, if they have formed. Allergens are factors that are genetically alien to the body, but they themselves do not have pathogenic properties," Logina explained in an interview with Paragraph.

The doctor noted that the most obvious manifestations indicating health problems are an allergic rhinitis, persistent nasal congestion unrelated to the common cold, as well as mucosal discharge. 360.ru . Modern medicine uses special vaccines to relieve allergy symptoms.

Logina warned that if there is a prolonged absence of timely help, a person may face complications in the form of bronchial asthma.

Earlier, on February 5, Candidate of Biological Sciences, Curator of Chemistry and Biology, Evening Natural Science School Ksenia Lebedeva-Georgievskaya and Yaroslav Lebedev, senior lecturer at the Department of Environmental Management at the RUDN University Institute of Ecology, told Izvestia that ash maple pollen, or American maple, is a strong allergen and can cause severe seasonal allergies, including hay fever.

On the same day, it became known that the Federal Forestry Agency plans to include the ash-leaved maple and the Sosnovsky hogweed in the list of plants of invasive species considered dangerous to the forest. They are ordered to be destroyed, RT reports.

In turn, Andrey Tsitsilin, Candidate of Biological Sciences, head of the VILAR Botanical Garden Laboratory (All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants), said in an interview with the National Research Council that the fight against such plants is complicated by empty land plots.

Environmentalist Ilya Rybalchenko said on February 8 that the decision to remove the American maple from urban areas in Moscow is an important measure to increase the efficiency of green areas in the metropolis. 360.ru .
