As Anna Murmuridis, Director of Business Development at the Nikoliers Department of Residential Real Estate and Land Development, explained, the actual transaction price may be lower, since the valuation does not take into account the individual conditions provided by the developer for the buyer.
According to the expert, 14.2 thousand parking spaces were sold in Moscow last year, which is 15% lower than in 2024, but 12% and 5% higher than in 2022 and 2023, respectively. 5.3 thousand parking spaces are on open sale, the number of offers decreased by 53% over the year, and the average budget of the offer increased by 8% and amounts to 3.9 million rubles.
At the end of last year, it was reported that prices for parking spaces in Russia were growing faster than for apartments. According to experts, the highest proportion of projects with organized parking is in residential complexes currently under construction in Barnaul, Vladivostok, Moscow, Stavropol, Kazan and Rostov-on-Don.
