As part of the TOLK 2026 forum, T-Bank will hold an online intensive on personal finance for residents of Russia. The event will be held on April 1-4, 2026, the bank's press service said.

According to the organizers, the focus of TOLK this year will be the formation of a personal financial strategy for 2026.

A week before the start of TOLK, on March 25, video tutorials explaining the basics of financial literacy and investments will be opened to users on the interactive platform. Participants will be able to take tests and receive recommendations on a personal educational route for their level of training.

From April 1 to April 4, a four-day live program will be held, where experts will tell you what investments are and what strategies are relevant for 2026. The online intensive program includes more than 45 speakers, 35 lessons and live webinars, 33 additional materials, as well as 12 simulators to practice the acquired skills.

On the first day of the intensive course, participants will understand the key macroeconomic factors and their impact on personal finances. The second day is dedicated to tools that help save capital. Participants will learn how bonds, funds, and other protective assets work, as well as how to form long-term savings strategies. As part of the program, an experiment will be conducted to assemble an investment portfolio for a media guest.

The main topics of the third day are the stock market and capital growth strategies that outpace inflation. On the fourth day, there will be an in-person professional TOLK PRO conference for traders and experienced investors. It is focused on real-world practice and the exchange of experience with the "stars" of trading.

TOLK 2026 is an ecosystem of events about finance and investments for different audiences — from professional traders and businesses to all Russians. The aim of the project is to develop financial culture and investment literacy in Russia, to establish a direct dialogue between business, government and the expert community to discuss key issues of the financial sector, as well as to increase the level of digital security of the country's residents.
