In 2025, the company challenged in an arbitration court the refusal of the property relations committee to conclude a lease agreement to complete the construction of the facility. Despite the fact that the refusal was issued by the investment committee, the plaintiff did not change his claim. As a result, his claim was denied.

In January 2026, the XXI Century again submitted an application, but this time to two committees. So far, it has not been considered, as the company has not submitted documents on payment of the state fee.

The building with an area of 13.7 thousand square meters and a land plot of 7.4 thousand square meters, located at 9 Pochtamtskaya Street, lit.
