The Russian Tenet T7 has once again become a bestseller among crossovers

The Tenet T7 crossover, which is produced at the Kaluga plant, has once again become the most popular model in the SUV segment (crossovers and SUVs) on the Russian car market. This was reported on February 9 by the analytical agency Autostat.

According to him, by the end of the sixth week of this year (February 2-8), 1,133 copies of the Tenet T7 were sold in Russia, which allowed this model to outpace the previous leader, the Haval Jolion crossover (1,096 units). The third place was taken by another Tenet model, the T4 crossover (874 units).

Next are the Belgee X50, Lada Niva Travel and Mazda CX-5, which is not officially represented on the Russian market. The top ten best-selling cars also include Lada Niva Legend, Haval M6, Geely Monjaro and Haval F7. Their volumes last week ranged from 370 to 840 units.

Experts noted that for the first time, the Tenet T7 crossover became the most popular SUV model following the results of the 51st week of 2025.

Earlier, on February 3, it became known that production of new Jeland brand cars, designed specifically for the Russian Federation, will begin in Russia. The launch of the release is scheduled for the first half of 2026. The Jeland brand was developed by AGR Holding and China's Defetoo, which is their second project after the Tenet brand.
