Vahe Khachatryan, a defendant in the criminal case of embezzlement of funds from military personnel of the special military operation (SVO) at Sheremetyevo airport, testified with a confession. This was reported on February 9 by Russian law enforcement agencies.

"The accused Khachatryan confessed his guilt and repented of what he had done," TASS reports the text of the message.
