On February 8, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky admitted that it would not be possible to return those who had left the country due to the mobilization of citizens with the help of appeals and flags.
"You cannot bring people back with words, appeals, flags," he said during a speech to students of the Kiev Aviation Institute, broadcast on the YouTube channel of the office of the President of Ukraine.
Zelensky added that people who do not fall under the age of mobilization have the right to leave Ukraine.
