Viktor Vasin, a participant in the assassination attempt on Lieutenant General Vladimir Alekseev, accumulated debts of 830 thousand rubles in Russia. This was reported on February 8 by RIA Novosti with reference to data from the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP).
It is clarified that Vasin was sued by the Russian Standard bank and the debt repayment agency.
