President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, during a meeting with French Defense Minister Catherine Vautrin, put forward a package of new demands, Le Monde newspaper reported on February 8.
"The meeting discussed urgent measures that need to be taken to ensure Ukraine's stability and defense capability: first of all, air defense," the newspaper said, citing a statement by the Ukrainian leader.
