Billionaire Galitsky's ex-wife committed suicide in an IVS

Aliya, the ex-wife of Russian billionaire and former member of the board of directors of Alfa Bank Alexander Galitsky, suspected of extorting a large sum from her ex-husband, committed suicide in a temporary detention facility. This was announced on February 8 by a member of the Human Rights Council (HRC), journalist Eva Merkacheva.

"Aliya Galitskaya, the businessman's ex-wife, committed suicide. But not in the pre-trial detention center, but in the IVS of Istra. That does not mitigate the tragedy," she said in her Telegram channel.
