American leader Donald Trump is interested in Greenland for its natural resources, including deposits of coltan, which is an important raw material for electronics. This was announced on February 8 by Alexey Pushkov, head of the Federation Council's information policy commission.

"There is not only oil and gas there. There is gold, silver, copper, and rare metals. Not to mention the deposits of coltan needed for electrolytic capacitors, which no one has managed to lay their hands on yet," he noted.
