The State Duma proposed to make all real estate transactions cashless
The State Duma is preparing a bill on mandatory cashless payment for all real estate transactions in Russia. This was announced on February 8 by Anatoly Aksakov, head of the Financial Market Committee.
"There is a proposal related to the Dolina case that all real estate transactions should take place in a non—cash form," the deputy said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
He explained that the initiative was introduced by the Fair Russia party.
"There will be no deception, because there are a lot of abuses with the fact that transactions are carried out in cash," said the head of the Duma committee.
