The Primorsky Krai Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation into the emergency shutdown of the water supply in Vladivostok, which left more than 15,000 consumers without water. This was reported on February 8 in the Telegram channel of the Primorsky Krai Prosecutor's office.

According to the supervisory authority, apartment buildings on Irtyshskaya, Postysheva, Gamarnik, Yuzhno-Uralskaya and Uralskaya streets were shut down.

"Emergency recovery operations have been placed under the control of the supervisory authority," the report says.

Drinking water supplies have been arranged for residents of the affected houses. The prosecutor's office clarified that during the inspection, an assessment will be given of compliance with legal requirements for the maintenance and maintenance of water supply networks.

On February 7, the Prosecutor's Office of the Trans-Baikal Territory announced the start of an inspection due to the shutdown of the cold water supply in the Romanovsky microdistrict in Chita. The supervisory authority assessed the actions of the resource supply organization, compliance with the housing rights of citizens and ensuring uninterrupted provision of public services. It was planned to take prosecutorial response measures for the violations identified.
