Four victims were hospitalized after an attack on a dormitory in Ufa.

After the teenager's attack, four people were hospitalized in a Ufa dormitory, one of them is in serious condition, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation reported on February 7.

"Four victims of the incident in the BSMU dormitory are receiving medical care in Ufa hospitals, and doctors assess the condition of one of them as serious," the TASS press service quoted him as saying.

A telemedicine consultation was organized with specialists of the Vishnevsky National Research Medical Center for Surgery about the patient's treatment. The tactics of assistance have been agreed upon. Three other victims are in moderate condition.

The Ministry of Health added that another victim of the incident is undergoing outpatient treatment. All assistance is coordinated by the Federal Disaster Medicine Center of the department.

Earlier on February 7, Ufa law enforcement officers detained a teenager who attacked the dormitory of one of the medical schools on Repin Street with a knife. According to Izvestia, he held neo-Nazi views, and six people, including one child, were injured in the attack. A criminal case has been opened.

During the arrest, the young man stabbed two policemen. In addition, he inflicted bodily injury on himself. He was admitted to Children's Hospital No. 17. The head of the surgical department of Ufa Hospital No. 17, Aybulat Alibayev, said that the attacker of the dormitory is in stable but serious condition, he has been placed in intensive care.
