The teenager who attacked the dormitory of a medical university in Ufa is in stable condition, he has been placed in intensive care. Head of the surgical department of GDKB No. 17 Aybulat Alibayev told Izvestia about this on February 7.

"A 15-year-old child with injuries was urgently admitted, his condition is currently stable. It's serious, all the help has been provided, the child is in intensive care. <...> The patient's life is not in danger, his condition is stable," the doctor said.

The surgeon clarified that the young man had two incised wounds to his neck and forearm. He didn't lose much blood. According to the forecast, the wounds should heal in 7-10 days, after which the patient will be discharged.

The official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Irina Volk, said on the same day that Ufa law enforcement officers had detained a teenager who attacked the dormitory of one of the medical schools on Repin Street with a knife. According to Izvestia, he held neo-Nazi views, and six people, including one child, were injured in the attack.

The Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia reported that the teenager stabbed two policemen during his arrest. In addition, he inflicted bodily injury on himself. The young man was hospitalized in children's hospital No. 17. A criminal case has been opened.
