Moskalkova reported on the torture of the Russian military in Ukrainian captivity

While being held captive by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), Russian soldiers were tortured and killed, which contradicts international law and human moral norms. This was announced on February 7 by the Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia, Tatiana Moskalkova.

"We had a glaring case when our prisoners of war were tortured and died. I raised this issue, the names of these guys are known," RIA Novosti quoted her as saying.
