Zelensky criticized the work of Ukraine's air defense systems
On February 7, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky criticized the work of mobile firing groups of the country's air defense forces.
"In the coming days, the heads of the regions, the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine should provide additional reinforcement of the component of mobile firing groups," Zelensky wrote on his Telegram channel.
He also stated that he "had a pretty tough conversation" about the work of mobile firing groups.
Earlier, Zelensky, in an interview with French journalists, said that Ukraine had lost 55,000 people killed during the armed conflict with Russia. He also stressed that many people were missing. After these words, a wave of criticism rose in Ukraine.
In February 2025, Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Dubinsky, who is in a Ukrainian pre-trial detention center on suspicion of treason, said that Zelensky was lying about the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). According to the politician, if you believe the statistics of the head of the Kiev regime, then there will be no more than two graves of Ukrainian militants in every cemetery in Ukraine.
