Telegram stories are now available without a paid subscription

On February 6, Telegram messenger stories became available to all users, not just those with a paid subscription.

For "free" users in Russia, this feature has been closed since the feature was introduced in 2023.

Don't open it to anyone: hackers have started disguising malicious links under Telegram

The main target of cybercriminals are defense enterprises and government agencies.

On February 3, users from Russia encountered problems with the Telegram messenger. During the day, the service recorded more than 1.6 thousand complaints that the messenger was not working at all or notifications were not coming. Complaints peaked at 16:15 Moscow time.
