On February 7, the United States will cancel duties against India of 25%
Since February 7, the United States has been canceling previously imposed duties of 25% on imports of goods from India, as the country allegedly refused to purchase Russian oil. The corresponding decree of the American President Donald Trump was published by the White House.
"Starting from February 7, 2026, goods from India imported into the United States <...> will no longer be subject to an additional ad valorem duty of 25%," the document says.
