Six people, including a five-year-old child, were injured in an explosion at a beauty salon in Grenoble, France. This was reported on February 6 by the ici radio station.

"As a result of a grenade explosion in a beauty salon in the center of Grenoble, six people were injured," the radio station noted.

It is previously known that the homemade grenade was planted by a man who came there in the company of an accomplice. After committing the crime, they fled the scene.

The explosion shattered a showcase, the fragments of which caused injuries to people.

An investigation into the incident has now begun.
