Kassis proposed the OSCE as a platform for dialogue between Russia and Ukraine

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) may become a platform for dialogue between Russia and Ukraine. This was announced on February 6 by the head of the Swiss Foreign Ministry, the current chairman of the organization Ignazio Cassis.

"We believe that the first step should be to build a new dialogue. We want to be a platform for dialogue. However, in recent weeks we have not had the opportunity to observe a genuine dialogue," he said.
