The Russian Ministry of Justice has included Bilunov and Milushkova in the register of foreign agents.

The Russian Ministry of Justice has added politician Denis Bilunov and Dozhd journalist Polina Milushkova to the list of foreign agents. This was reported on February 6 on the agency's website.

"On February 6, 2026, in accordance with the orders of the Ministry of Justice of Russia, D.B. Bilunov and <...> P. Y. Milushkova were included in the register of foreign agents," the message says.

Igor Drandin, head of the IT department at AIDE, Maxim Ivantsov, the Continent Internet project and the Frame community are also included in the register.
