According to the deputy, the statements of Western politicians, as well as the actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine demonstrate Ukraine's unwillingness to sign a peace agreement.

"All this is aimed at disrupting the agreement. And when someone says that we are approaching some kind of milestone [in negotiations], Zelensky declares that there will be no agreements by the end of the year. These actions indicate that they actually oppose the agreement," he concluded.
