The second urban charging complex for electric vehicles in Moscow has started operating in the intercept parking lot of the Moskovsky Parking Lot near the Izmailovo MCC station. The Metropolitan Department of Transport announced this in its Telegram channel on February 6.
The charging complex includes 18 fast charging stations of the Moscow Energy project with a capacity of up to 160 kW with support for all major connector types (CCS Combo 2, GB/T and CHAdeMO).
The complex is open around the clock. A recreation area with a coffee shop and vending machines is provided next to it (in the passage of the Izmailovo MCC station).
The first urban charging hub for electric vehicles was opened in the capital on January 11, it is designed to service up to 500 cars per day. It started working near the Volokolamsk metro station (in the intercept parking lot of the Moskovsky Parking Lot). According to Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, this is the country's first and largest smart charging hub with dynamic power balancing between connected cars.
