Mutko stressed the importance of human resources in urban planning

DOM.RF summed up the results of the seventh stream of the Architects educational program.RF. General Director of the HOUSE.Vitaly Mutko met with 105 graduates of the program — architects, urban planners, representatives of government authorities, sociologists, environmentalists and specialists in the field of communications from 52 regions of Russia. This was reported by the press service of DOM.RF.

"Today, the demand for a high-quality, modern and comfortable living environment is higher than ever in Russia. The president's ambitious task ahead is to develop 200 master plans by 2030. We understand that the fulfillment of this assignment directly depends on the human resources potential of the industry," Mutko said. He recalled that 727 highly qualified specialists from 83 regions of the country have graduated from the program over the eight years of its existence.

"This is a vibrant, growing network of professionals who are changing the face of our cities and towns from Kaliningrad to Chukotka," said the head of DOM.RF. According to him, training, exchange of experience and best international practices are becoming a direct investment in the horizons of those who will make the most important decisions for the development of the country.

The educational program included four full-time modules. The program was devoted to the study of practices of development, revitalization and management of urban areas. During the launch module in Moscow, the participants formed a holistic view of the main trends in public administration, territorial development and architecture. The regional module was held in Samara, Nizhny Novgorod, Tyumen, Yekaterinburg and Kazan.

The international module took place in China, where participants studied the practices of Beijing's environmental development. The final module of the program was held in Moscow. The finalists presented 36 works, including 15 group and 21 individual projects.

Since 2018, the participants of the Architects program.The Russian Federation visited 64 settlements, nine countries and 21 foreign cities. In 2026, the program will be launched for the eighth time.
