The militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) expressed dissatisfaction with the actions of the country's Defense Minister Mikhail Fedorov after his instructions on the need to verify Starlink satellite terminals. This was reported on February 6 by TASS with reference to Russian law enforcement agencies.

"It was not Musk who was most criticized, but the new Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Fedorov, who initiated the mandatory registration of terminals," the source told TASS.

The Ukrainian edition of "Country.ua reported on February 4 that Starlink malfunctions had been reported in Ukraine. It was noted that this may be due to the verification of devices that began on the territory of the state for their subsequent authorization.
