A dataset download service on the Construction Industry Data Platform platform will be opened for market participants in February.house.Russian Federation, the press service of DOM.RF reported.

Companies in the authorized zone will be able to share information and enrich the database, which can be used to create new AI solutions. The presentation of the service was held as part of a meeting of the Expert Group on the Development of AI in Construction under the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation.

"Machine—readable data is the basis for the formation of smart services and AI agents capable of making housing construction even better and more efficient. Several dozen organizations have already announced their desire to work on the development of a platform for the construction industry. Scaling up this project will allow us to move to a completely new level of technological development for both the participating companies themselves and the economy as a whole," said DOM Managing Director for IT and Digital Transformation.Russian Federation Nikolay Kozak.

"We are creating not just a database, but a single digital environment that is convenient for both developers and people who are waiting for their homes. This ensures the generation of "clean" structured data from the very beginning of the project, which is important for creating a "digital" twin of the country," said Konstantin Mikhailik, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation.

There is a HOUSE on the platform.The Russian Federation has already posted the first data sets related to apartment construction and private housing construction. Statistical datasets can already be used to solve a wide variety of tasks, including market analysis, trend identification, optimization of business processes of developers and designers, and creation of forecasting services.
