The Kremlin did not comment on reports of Macron's adviser's visit to Moscow.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov did not comment at a briefing on February 5 on reports about the visit of French Presidential adviser Emmanuel Macron Emmanuel Bonn to Moscow.

"The Elysee Palace neither denied nor confirmed. Out of a sense of solidarity, we will neither deny nor confirm," Peskov said.

He also noted that French sources are very fond of "leaking" information to the media.
