Chipovskaya graduated from the Boris Shchukin Theater College in 1980 and was accepted into the Vakhtangov Theater troupe the same year. During her career, she played many roles, including Solange in the play "Summer in Milan", Mimi in "The Three Ages of Casanova", Gabriel in "Old Russian Vaudeville" and many others.
