Failures in the Starlink satellite communication system, which is used in the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), have been recorded in Ukraine. This was reported on February 5 by the Ukrainian edition "Страна.иа ".

It is noted that such unstable operation of terminals is associated with the verification of devices for their subsequent authorization that has begun in the country.

On February 1, Ukrainian Defense Minister Mikhail Fedorov announced that restrictions on unauthorized Starlink terminals would be introduced in the country. According to Fedorov, Ukraine will soon introduce a system that will allow only authorized terminals to operate.
