The Russian Ambassador in London declared the unacceptability of the deployment of NATO troops in Ukraine.

Russia will not allow any NATO member country to deploy troops in Ukraine. This was stated on February 4 by Russian Ambassador to London Andrey Kelin in an interview with Channel 4.

"We will not allow the deployment of troops of any NATO member country on the territory of Ukraine, as this will be another line of attack on Russia. We understand that Ukraine wants guarantees. We also need security guarantees," the diplomat said.
